What is Your Energy?

Understanding Your Seven Levels of Energy

There is catabolic and anabolic energy. Catabolic energy is “contracting” and “draining” associated with stress and anabolic energy is “constructive” and “growth-oriented” associated with non-stressful situations.

Understanding your seven levels of energy when you experience stressful situations and when you are not under stress is important to uncover how you show up and why you may respond based on various aspects of your life.

According to Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) there are seven levels of energy that a person may experience and all levels can be experienced at once but in different amounts based on a person’s perceptions and life experiences.

iPEC’s Energy Leadership Index (ELI) assessment reflects your unique energetic profile (normal energy makeup) and energetic stress reaction (how you perceive stress). Your debrief session with me as an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) will explain your ELI results and provide insights how your seven level levels of energy shows up.

Your ELI assessment coupled with Core Energy Coaching will enable you to identify what is holding you back and to develop a plan to get unstuck and choose how you want to show up going forward.

Book your discovery call with me today to take your ELI Assessment and start your coaching journey!
